When do we use, transmit and process your personal data?
We respect that the careful handling of your personal data is very important to you. Data protection is a high priority at Spirit of OM GmbH. Biologically, energetically, holistically fair - according to this principle, Spirit of OM GmbH works since 2003. The production of the pure organic textiles of Spirit of OM GmbH without pollutants, environmentally friendly, lasting, without child labour and produced with fair wages. The products includes women's and men's clothing, home textiles as well as yoga products and jewellery. Spirit of OM guidelines cover the entire textile manufacturing process - from growing the cotton to the finished garment.
The collection, processing and use of data is done for the purposes stated above. The focal points of the processing of personal data are the following areas:

Standard Deadlines for the Deletion of the Data
The deletion of the data takes place after expiry of the statutory or contractual retention periods. If data is not affected, it will be deleted if the mentioned purposes are omitted.
This website uses technology from Google Inc. to collect and store information about the browsing behaviour of website visitors in anonymous form for marketing purposes. The surfing behaviour stored in cookies is analysed by means of an algorithm, so that subsequently targeted product recommendations in the form of advertising banners or advertisements on third party websites can be displayed. In addition, the collected data will be used for the needs-oriented design and optimization of the Internet offer. Person-relatedness is excluded by storing only shortened IP addresses. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. The tracking tools are not used. Google+
Our website uses the "+1" button on the Google Plus social network operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google"). The button is recognizable by the sign "+1" on white or colored background.
